For Upholstered Products

  • We strongly advise against sleeping overnight on any upholstered seating to prevent compromising the longevity of the cushioning material.
  • Vacuum regularly to remove dust from the fabric with an upholstery attachment.
  • Rotate cushions regularly.
  • To prevent fading, avoid exposing upholstered pieces to direct sunlight or heat at least 50cm from source.
  • When cleaning a spill or stain, avoid using water, water-free cleaning solvents are recommended for these situations.
  • Pour the cleaner onto a clean cloth and test its effect on a hidden area of the sofa before cleaning the stain with the cloth.
  • Attend to stains as soon as possible. Blot spills with a clean, dry, white cloth. Work from the outer edge to the center of the spot.
  • Do not leave items that may transfer color on top of fabric cushions.
  • Avoid outdoor use and exposure to water or prolonged moisture.
  • Keep sharp objects away from your sofa. A little tear on the fabric cover may be hard to repair.
  • If you have removable back cushions (or put extra cushions on your sofa), do reverse them periodically and fluff them up while arranging so that the cushion stays even.
  • Please avoid dragging the bed to reposition it, as this can weaken the joints over an extended period of time.
